The speakers were enlightening and dynamic and we each received a free copy of speaker Flip Flippen’s book. Other speakers were: Astronaut Mike Mullane.
Also, Ampegy, the energy retail side of Spark Energy, paid tribute to wounded troops by hosting HelpingaHero.org home giveaway at its official lift-off event. At the start of the general rally, HelpingaHero.org was awarded a soon-to-be-built custom-built home to a disabled Iraq war veteran and Woodlands resident, who had no idea about his exciting surprise. Ampegy will be the lead donor for the home for Specialist LeVine by donating $10,000. Also, Ampegy will provide one year of free electricity for the completed home through Spark Energy. This is a veteran who was wounded in Iraq and lost his sight...wow, what a company.
Not only were they generous with theHelpingaHero.org, but they treated us like kings, with a hug and delicious paid lunch, as well as, an evneing event with music and food as well.
